Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' UK building services design experience.
• Demonstrable UK building services background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports like feasibility studies, design reports, specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards and legislation.
• Attend site surveys and client meetings.
• Implement technical standards and support business development.
• Undertake detailed site surveys and design reviews.
• Report on both mechanical and electrical disciplines during meetings.
• Assist with financial control of projects.

Skills

IES modelling software

BIM Level 2 understanding

Mechanical design from inception to completion

CEng qualification or working towards

Professional body membership (CIBSE, IMECHE, IET)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education
