Job description

We are delighted to be working with a growing commercial real estate investment company that boasts an exciting portfolio across London. As part of an exciting period of growth, they are seeking a Senior Building Manager to oversee a small portfolio of prestigious 'trophy' assets in the City of London. You will be responsible for a 300,000 sqft property, in addition to two further properties located nearby. Each site has an Assistant Building Manager in place, for whom you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship

As the Senior Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day operations of the 3 properties, ensuring seamless delivery of both hard and soft services while driving exceptional customer service standards. You'll lead and motivate the on–site service partners, constantly looking for ways to elevate the tenant's experience and deliver outstanding service. With full responsibility for site compliance, you'll maintain rigorous health and safety standards and keep all records up to date. You will also manage a multi–million–pound service charge budget, collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative energy and sustainability projects, and oversee any tenant fit–outs.

We are keen to speak with experienced Senior Building Managers who have a proven track record managing substantial, multi–tenanted commercial buildings and multi–million–pound service charge budgets. You will be a strong leader with deep expertise in health & safety, and compliance which will ideally be supported by an IOSH or NEBOSH certification. You will have proven experience in delivering and managing hard services to the highest standard, driving excellence across all aspects of the building's operations, while building strong, lasting relationships with your occupiers.
