Remote Working – Twice Monthly London HQ Visits

£45,000 – £50,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our client and take on the role of Senior Brand Manager for a challenger brand that are making their mark in the FMCG World.

Whether you are currently a Brand Manager looking for that next step in your career, or an established Senior Brand Manager looking for your next challenge, this role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing brand as they maximise on their current successes and expand their brand footprint.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role will suit someone who is passionate about working for a growth brand that promotes clean, natural food products whilst looking after the planet too.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Brand Strategy and campaigns ATL and build on brand awareness.
  • Develop Shopper and Retail Activation Campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 Junior Brand/Marketers.
  • Oversee and support digital and social media strategy deliver by the Junior Brand Manager.
  • Analyse and follow Customer/Shopper Insight and market trends to impact growth.
  • Utilise customer Insight to develop and own New Product Development channels.
Experience required
  • Strategic and creative thinker with 5 years experience in FMCG/Food.
  • Proven track record in ATL, shopper marketing, and retail activation.
  • Successful leadership of NPD projects from concept to launch.
  • Understanding of social, digital, and influencer marketing.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
  • People management experience is advantageous.
