• 5+ years of experience in Chemical Pathology and Immunology.
• Thorough knowledge of laboratory theory and minimum identification criteria.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) required.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Lead BMS during their absence.
• Supervise daily operations of the Routine Haematology Department.
• Oversee training and support for qualification trainees.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control.
• Authorise and review test results, escalate significant findings.
