Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Specialist, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with tender processes, RFPs, RFQs, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review bidding opportunities from clients and tender platforms.
• Prepare and submit expressions of interest in line with client requirements.
• Oversee the full tender submission process and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain a repository of exemplar answers and supporting materials.
