Job description

Working at a leading London International Architectural practice you will collaborate with senior partners and cross-disciplinary work‑winning teams, playing a central role in coordinating and delivering major and strategically important bid submissions.

As part of a supportive and highly collaborative bids function, you will help drive long‑term growth objectives and strengthen the practice's presence and reputation across the industry.

This is a fast‑paced, full‑time role requiring the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent time management and a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end bids process are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple bids involving a range of stakeholders with differing requirements. For someone passionate about architecture, self‑motivated, and an excellent communicator, this role offers the opportunity to use creative skills to deliver high‑quality bid submissions within a successful architectural practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end bid process in line with internal procedures and workflows
  • Assist in implementing work‑winning strategies across a range of sectors
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior partners
  • Produce proposals and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
  • Review bid content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
  • Maintain bid libraries, including CVs, case studies, and imagery
  • Analyse bid performance, including wins and losses, and share insights
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in bid coordination or management, ideally within architecture

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using procurement portals
  • Experience using CMAP and Open Asset desirable
