The business supports leading global enterprises with high-quality recruitment and sampling solutions and is now looking to strengthen its sales team with a dedicated Business Development Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and motivated by growing new business within complex B2B environments.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth across the UK & Ireland enterprise market. You will focus on building new relationships, managing structured outbound activity, onboarding clients, and supporting the expansion of a digital B2B research platform.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior decision‑makers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland.
  • Run targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using modern engagement tools.
Client Engagement & Onboarding
  • Deliver product demonstrations and guide clients through the onboarding process.
  • Support prospects in understanding the full capabilities of the research platform.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions in the UK, Ireland, and wider Europe.
Account Management
  • Maintain long‑term client relationships and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, operations, and product teams.
