Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI & Backend Engineer with extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) Large Language Models (LLMs) and backend software engineering. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and deploying AI-driven applications at scale including enterprise solutions voice-based AI agents and data-intensive pipelines. You will work on cutting-edge projects in AI automation and enterprise-scale data systems while contributing to product architecture technical strategy and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered backend systems including LLM-based applications real-time conversational AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Lead the design implementation and optimization of data pipelines for high-performance AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments ensuring scalability reliability and security.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives technical blogs and developer community engagement where applicable.
• Implement monitoring benchmarking and regression testing to maintain model quality and system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing architecting Python production application.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in backend software engineering with a focus on Python and AI / ML applications.
• Strong expertise in NLP LLM frameworks and AI pipeline orchestration.
• Proven experience deploying secure enterprise-grade AI applications handling large-scale data.
• Experience with voice-based AI systems using STT / TTS technologies.
• Open-source contributions (e.g. Haystack framework) or technical writing / blogging are highly desirable.
• Background in Computer Science

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with multi-modal AI models and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills comfortable working in remote and distributed teams.
