Job Summary

Join Our Adult Audiology Team

We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate team members to provide high quality audiology care to the local community and to be involved in the development of the service and to develop their skills.

Responsibilities
  • Performing hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and follow‑up care for adults.
  • Provide specialist diagnostic and rehabilitation services appropriate to training and experience such as with complex adults, adults with additional needs or those with tinnitus.
  • Providing diagnostic support to ENT clinics, including some paediatric testing.
  • Working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Supporting audits and service development projects.
  • Assuming specific responsibilities such as managing the day‑to‑day running of a specific section or project, serving as site lead, champion, or taking on supervision roles, within your area of expertise and as agreed with the manager.
  • Engaging in the training and supervision of junior team members.
Qualifications
Essential
  • BSc in Audiology, BAAT Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent
  • Registered with Academy for Healthcare Science or Health Care Professions Council
Desirable
  • MSc in Audiology/Healthcare Science
Experience

  • Significant post‑graduate clinical experience in audiology, including assessment and management of tinnitus and hearing loss
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff
  • Clinical audit and service development
