Talentedge Exec is partnering with a US-registered growth equity fund focusing on B2B SaaS, FinTech, and AI investments across UK, US, and EU. We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the team.

• Research market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain a network including Founders, CFOs, industry executives, and peers
• Lead origination, execution, and management of investment opportunities
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda

Profile:

• Experience in corporate finance within a top-tier investment bank or growth equity fund, focused on tech investments
• Strategic, inquisitive thinker
• Strong financial modelling and presentation skills, data-driven approach
• Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with founders/CFOs
