Senior Associate – Tech Growth Equity Fund

Location: London, UK (Remote working with opportunity to work in the office of a London-based Portfolio Company)
Open to candidates in Europe

Salary: £100k-110k (depending on experience) + carry

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a US-registered growth equity fund focusing on B2B SaaS, FinTech, and AI investments across UK, US, and EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Build and maintain a network including Founders, CFOs, industry executives, and peers.
  3. Lead origination, execution, and management of investment opportunities.
  4. Prepare Investment Committee memoranda.
Profile:
  1. Experience in corporate finance within a top-tier investment bank or growth equity fund, focusing on tech investments.
  2. Strategic and inquisitive thinker.
  3. Strong financial modelling and presentation skills, data-driven approach.
  4. Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with Founders/CFOs, at events, and conferences.
  5. Willing to travel internationally (frequency TBC).
