As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Platform Analytics, you’ll play a key role in uncovering the business questions and outcomes that user engagement metrics can answer. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data into deep insights, enabling more personalized and impactful client experiences across J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. By driving the adoption of analytics solutions, building intuitive dashboards, and continuously improving our data models, you’ll empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and unlock new opportunities for digital engagement. Your day‑to‑day will include conducting market research, analyzing platform engagement metrics, and building interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data for business stakeholders. You’ll support product managers in gathering and documenting requirements, help develop and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize features that deliver the greatest impact. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and partner teams, contribute to product documentation and process improvements, and help onboard application teams to DP Analytics. By driving adoption and product growth, communicating insights in clear business language, and continuously enhancing data models, you’ll directly influence client experiences and drive better business outcomes in a dynamic, innovative environment.
