An award-winning and well-established firm is looking for a Senior Associate / Corporate Transactional Solicitor to join its highly regarded corporate/commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing, reputable practice based in Eastbourne.

The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with a widely respected Senior Equity Partner, contribute to a high-achieving corporate/commercial team and mentor a couple of Junior Solicitors. Your expertise will be crucial in handling multi-million-pound transactions, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate Restructuring
• Corporate Refinancing

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Approximately 9 years PQE
• Experience managing complex, high-value transactions
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law
