A great opportunity to join a business enablement function, supporting digital transformation projects and driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. This role works across the Technology and Transformation team to ensure change initiatives are delivered successfully, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with project managers, technology leads, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Designing and implementing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and risk mitigation.
  • Developing and delivering clear, targeted communications to support adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Identifying training needs, ensuring delivery, and tracking user adoption metrics.
  • Embedding change management practices into project delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Staying up to date with industry best practice and trends in change management and transformation.
  • Supporting wider project implementation and business enablement tasks where required.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management within a professional services or technology-led environment. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple projects and manage changing priorities. A degree in business, technology, organisational psychology, or equivalent practical experience is desirable, and a professional qualification such as Prosci (or equivalent) would be an advantage. Flexibility to travel occasionally is required.
