Qualifications

  • Background in M&E services preferred.
  • Eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes.
  • Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate on costings.
  • Review surveys and create scopes of work.
  • Package survey findings into project plans.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
