About the Senior Assembler Assembler Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Assembler Assembler to join our Operations team. In this role, you will build, test and maintain mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Senior Assembler Assembler – Key Responsibilities
  • Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs.
  • Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Carry out electro‑mechanical work including fans, motors and heaters.
  • Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers).
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection.
Senior Assembler Assembler – Skills & Experience
  • Competent with hand tools and small‑component assembly.
  • Soldering skills; experience with lathes, drills or similar equipment (brazing desirable).
  • Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Methodical, logical and able to manage time effectively.
  • Professional, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
