• Significant post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice.
• Experience leading projects within the residential sector.
• Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions.
• Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage a small team of more junior staff members.
