Our client, a Chartered Building Surveyors firm, are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team in West George Street, Glasgow. This is an exciting role for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an expanding team and have a clear path for progression & professional development. Our client are ideally looking for someone who can lead and manage a small technical team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience working as an Architectural Technician or at a Senior level and ideally possess a working knowledge of Scottish building warrants & planning processes. Our client use both Revit and AutoCAD so the Senior Architectural Technician should have experience with at least one of the two. Revit or AutoCAD training can be provided for those who don't use the software currently. Our client work on a variety of projects particularly within the Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors. These projects range from £100,000 to £10,000,000 in value. This role will be across all RIBA Stages, with a particular focus on the Technical Design of a project.
