Overview

Conrad Consulting are currently in partnership with an AJ100 practice, seeking a Senior Architect with approximately 5+ years of post qualification experience to join their Birmingham, West Midlands office.

The practice is a prominent force in the architectural industry in the UK and internationally, with offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. It features consistently in the AJ100 and prides itself on developing and supporting Architects to realise their full potential. The Birmingham office is expanding and seeks a Senior Architect to join a talented and ambitious team. You will have the opportunity to work on highly notable projects across several sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and more. An Architect with both design and technical capabilities is required, and job running experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of projects across sectors with emphasis on Healthcare experience being beneficial.
• Demonstrate strong design and technical capabilities.
• Provide project leadership and day-to-day job running experience.
• Collaborate within a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with core office days on Mondays and Thursdays; a third day is flexible.
• Potential to share time between the Birmingham and Shrewsbury offices if convenient.

Requirements

• Parts 1–3 qualified and ARB registered.
• Chartered member of RIBA.
• Approximately 5+ years of post qualification experience, ideally within a private practice and preferably in the UK.
• Experience on projects in Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and related sectors.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary in the region of £42,000–£50,000, alongside a competitive benefits package.
