• Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users.
• Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage.
• Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work.
• Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality.

Skills

ARB registered

Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice

Proficiency with Revit

Experience leading Data centre projects

Industrial sector experience is advantageous

Experience managing a small team

Excellent designing and drawing skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
