Position: Senior Architect

Location: Nottingham

Salary: Up to £55,000 + 3 days hybrid working

A Senior Architect is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. Our client is renowned for delivering intelligent, sustainable solutions across the built environment. With offices throughout the UK they are looking for a Senior Architect to join their growing Nottingham team. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large‑scale new build and refurbishment projects to small‑value design and construction work, up to the value of around £50m. Overview

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
• Liaise with other professionals
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals/clients to agree a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

Requirements

• ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
• Proficient in Revit
• Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience across all RIBA Stages
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence
