The Senior Analyst - IT Asset Manager manages a comprehensive inventory of Global Maples software and hardware assets in the ITSM system, maintaining an effective CMDB from various sources.
They support strategic decision-making and cost optimisation, ensuring efficient asset portfolio management for control, risk, compliance, performance, and IT governance.
This role requires strong analytical skills and deep asset management knowledge, with a focus on ITSM best practices and leadership in asset categorisation.
After data collection and the rollout of an ITAM discovery system, the position offers the chance to improve asset governance and reporting across the group.
Candidates should show initiative, motivation, organizational ability, and work well in a collaborative team setting.
