About the Company

With over 20 years of experience within the air conditioning and refrigeration sectors, this company knows what it takes to provide excellent service for their clients. They subcontract for major names in the industry and have their own commercial and healthcare sector clients. Salary and Benefits

• £40,000-50,000 basic salary depending on experience


• Monthly engineer bonus based on personal performance (an extra £4,400 per year)


• Plenty of overtime if required, including a call‑out rota


• Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools


• Company sick pay


• 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays – increases with length of service

Responsibilities

• Providing installation work on commercial air conditioning


• Working on air conditioning splits, multi‑splits, VRV and VRF equipment, DX and the associated pipe work and ducting


• Covering London and the area inside the M25


• Dealing with well‑known clients as well as established HVAC contractors and FM companies working on new build sites

Qualifications

• Proven track record within air conditioning installation on splits, VRV, VRF


• Based anywhere in or around London or the M25 – preferred


• Relevant industry qualifications: F Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning


• Having CSCS, IPAF and PASMA ideally
