A leading healthcare provider in Stockport seeks a Senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care in urgent settings. You will be involved in holistic assessments, prescribing, and supporting junior staff. This role offers flexible work between 7.5 to 30 hours per week with pay rates ranging from £33.27 to £42.44 per hour, depending on shifts.

Mastercall is a dynamic andpatient focused provider of urgent primary care services, including remotetriage, face to face consultations in the out of hours, urgent treatmentcentres and home visiting services across Stockport and Trafford.
This role will involve working as an expert practitioner,demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical skills in undertaking a holisticassessment, prescribing where appropriate, making onward referrals and workingautonomously.
We are looking for confident Senior Advanced ClinicalPractitioners (ACPs) who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionateabout delivering high quality patient care.
We are seeking candidates towork 1 to 4 sessions per week 7.5 to 30 hours per week
Rates of pay £33.27per hour to £42.44 per hour dependingon day and times.
You must have right to work in the UK as we are unable tooffer graduate or visa sponsorship and no visa extensions can be offered forthis role.
ACP is an experienced clinician who, acting within theirprofessional boundaries, will work flexibly to provide care for thepresenting-patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment,diagnosis, treatment to evaluation of care. The clinician in this role will bea key to supporting the clinical work across Mastercall, whilst acting as apositive and enthusiastic role model, supporting junior staff and developingour workforce.
The post holder will demonstrate safe, clinicaldecision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills,for patients within the out-of-hours, , supporting new work streams andservices to manage patients out of hospital. The post holder will demonstratecritical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will workcollaboratively and flexibly with the wider healthcare team to meet the needsof patients, and at times using their own initiative.
Mastercall ACP's will be encouraged to participate inservice development and improvement for the benefit of patients and/or theorganisation, through identifying opportunities to innovate and workdifferently to meet the demands of the changing healthcare environment. Inorder to work at this level all pillars of advanced practice for NMC/ AHCPrequirements must be met.

The post holder will demonstrate safe, clinicaldecision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills,for patients within the out-of-hours, urgent care, IV service, alternative totransfer and walk-in-centre areas, supporting new work streams and services tomanage patients out of hospital.
The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in theclinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively and flexiblywith the wider healthcare team to meet the needs of patients, supporting thedelivery of policy and procedures, providing clinical leadership as required,using their own initiative.
The post holder will participate in and lead change for thebenefit of patients and/or the organisation and be a key member of the seniorclinical team, identifying opportunities to innovate and work differently tomeet the demands of the changing healthcare environment. In order to work atthis level NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.
