Job description

As City of London Framework Senior Administrator, you will support the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of an easy to navigate online Referral portal and web page. You will maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders ensuring timely placements and seamless care for service users across London. You'll be instrumental in enabling effortless access to inpatient detoxification services, empowering individuals to make life-changing decisions and move forward with confidence. This is a hybrid role, based from home or a local delivery hub.

Hours & Compensation

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities
  • Build collaborative relationships with subcontracted partners, and referring providers
  • Co-ordination and processing of referrals
  • Provide updates on the progress of referrals
  • Travel Booking
  • Manage wait times and flow through the service
  • Support the day-to-day running of an easy-to-navigate online referral portal and webpage
  • Budget tracking Must be resilient.
  • Ensure ongoing communication and engagement across the framework
