A national recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Administrator to join a team in Shoreham-by-Sea. The role involves coordinating telecom services, managing relationships between suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring daily tasks are completed on time.   • Coordinate end-to-end service delivery from order through to handover.
  • Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams and customers.
  • Manage shared inboxes, calls and daily task queues.
  • Identify, escalate and track issues through to resolution.
  • Provide cover for colleagues and support continuous service improvement.

Location : Shoreham-by-Sea

Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Contract : Temporary or 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Clearline Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Administrator to join their Shoreham based team, supporting the coordination and delivery of telecoms services including data and voice provisioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end service delivery from order through to handover
  • Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams and customers
  • Manage shared inboxes, calls and daily task queues, meeting agreed deadlines
  • Identify, escalation and track issues through to resolution
  • Provide cover for colleagues and support continuous service improvement
