A prominent housing association in Oldham is seeking a Senior Administrator to support their Heating and Hot Water Team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. About the role

The Guinness Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Heating and Hot Water Team based in Oldham on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. We currently operate a hybrid working style, where you will spend 3 days per week working in the Oldham office and the other 2 days working from home.

As a Senior Administrator, you will support Contract Officers and your manager in delivering compliance, managing CRM tasks and handling no-access caseloads, all while providing a friendly and professional service to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance information, making sure reports are up to date and accurate, budgets are on track and customer queries are answered quickly.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the performance of contracts and/or suppliers, ensuring quality and value for money.
  • Monitor standards of administration and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Escalate data quality issues promptly and proportionately so that actions can be taken to manage risks to statutory compliance.
  • Produce accurate documentation/presentation materials through the typing of letters, reports, and minutes.
  • Work well under pressure and can work to tight deadlines.
