Description

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, using your excellent communication skills and expertise to build strong, long-term relationships and serve as their main point of contact for all things accounting
• Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication, delivering valuable financial insights through all communication channels
• Act as a conduit between clients and our delivery team, answering and ensuring smooth operations
• Provide technical support to the delivery team on complex accounting issues, ensuring clients meet their compliance deadlines
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, supporting the Manager with fee negotiations, budget control and business development
