• Strong management experience within the FM arena.
• Experience managing mobile delivery across diverse locations.
• Recognised apprenticeship/training in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Proactive leadership managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with statutory and legislative requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
