What You'd Be Doing

• Lead strategic project delivery, working with our team of three plus a network of brilliant freelancers, ensuring every brand project flows seamlessly from strategy through to flawless execution across websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Write detailed proposals, scoping, costing, and presenting complex projects that win business and set clear expectations.
• Be relentlessly solutions-focused; when challenges arise, you're the person who finds creative ways forward and thrives on making the impossible possible.
• Grow strategic partnerships by working with our leadership team to deepen client relationships whilst identifying new opportunities, becoming someone clients trust to deliver on their brand ambitions.
• Mentor and develop the team as we grow, sharing your senior expertise and creating opportunities for everyone to learn and progress.

The Person We're Looking For

• Genuinely senior with 7+ years managing complex brand or digital projects. You’ve worked in brand consultancies or digital agencies where you’ve written detailed proposals, managed budgets, and delivered sophisticated work.
• Solutions-driven who thrives on creative problem-solving; you see challenges as opportunities to innovate, not obstacles to overcome.
