Overview

Creative integrated agency based in Manchester's Northern Quarter is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team! This role is on-site.

This role would suit someone with previous agency experience, who is used to dealing with clients face2face on a regular basis and has excellent communication, organisation & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Briefing in creatives & understanding the creative process.
• Liaising with clients, and diplomatically challenging briefs, timelines and other aspects.
• Strategically growing the account and identifying opportunities to develop the client.
• Integrated experience with print & digital.
• Able to confidently present new strategic & creative ideas.
• Involved with competitor research & analysis.
• Managing a Junior Account Manager day-to-day - helping to grow and develop them.
• You will need a driving license for this role as there will be some travel required for client visits from time-to-time.
