Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for managing the relationship with key clients, acting as the primary contact and ensuring their requests are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders daily; develop and write new briefs; ensure smooth management of all campaigns and that all client delivery deadlines are managed.
  • Provide strong numeracy skills to support accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation; understand client budgets to support delivery of campaigns; identify and maximise cost saving opportunities.
  • Be flexible in workload and task allocation; be creative with strong problem-solving skills; capable of resolving issues, embracing change and offering innovative thinking.
