What you'll do
  • Own the entire sales journey - from outreach to close
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a healthy pipeline of ANZ mid-market accounts
  • Sell strategically to senior stakeholders in agribusiness/food production
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing & CS to drive Onside’s success
  • Operate with autonomy, influence outcomes and act like an owner
What you bring
  • Full-cycle SaaS sales experience, in mid-market or commercial segments
  • Fluency in SaaS fundamentals - ARR, MRR, subscription models, solution selling
  • Confidence solving complex customer problems with software - and making it simple for the customer
  • Drive to prospect, commercial sharpness, and a track-record of closing quality deals
  • High standards, high ownership, and a hunger to grow alongside other high-performers
