We are a well-established independent insurance brokerage with a strong presence across the UK. We work with a diverse range of commercial and corporate clients, providing tailored risk solutions across industries, from SMEs to complex corporate portfolios, and are looking for an ambitious New Business Account Executive to join our growth journey.

We place a full suite of business insurance covers including commercial combined, commercial motor, professional indemnity, property and liability insurance, and support clients with proactive risk management and advisory services.

The Role

As a New Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and winning new commercial and corporate clients, supported by the broker's strong market presence and insurer relationships
• Presenting tailored solutions to businesses across a range of sectors and risk profiles
• Growing your own pipeline and converting leads into long-term profitable business
• Building trusted relationships with clients and insurers alike
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent ongoing service

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial insurance (new business focus)
• A track record of proactive business development and client acquisition
• Confidence handling a wide range of risk types and premiums (from SME clients to larger corporate accounts)
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter attitude with a "hunter" mindset and ambition to build a personal book
