Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or project leadership within a creative or social agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with a passion for creative excellence.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing, and content production.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer and social campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, to a client’s KPIs.
  • Act as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives.
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities within existing accounts.
