A leading financial services provider is seeking a VP or Director ABS Origination to focus on mid-market loans and private securitisation transactions. The role includes working closely with Relationship Managers and clients to originate and structure deals, as well as managing existing transactions. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of securitisation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build solid client relationships. A competitive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of securitisation experience, including asset class experience in mid-market loans.
• Experience of working with fund / asset manager clients.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure private securitisation transactions.
• Build dialogue with fund / asset manager clients on securitisation transactions.
• Manage existing transactions and ongoing dialogue with clients.
