Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Experience providing advanced 2nd / 3rd-line support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced 2nd / 3rd-line support.
• Act as an escalation point for junior engineers.
• Get involved in client projects including upgrades and migrations.

Skills

Strong Windows Server & AD experience

Hyper-V / VMware exposure

Veeam Backup & Replication knowledge

Solid networking fundamentals

Experience with Lucidlink / Egnyte

Intune and MDT knowledge

Familiarity with endpoint security tools
