This Dudley primary school is looking for someone calm, caring, and quietly confident to support a lovely Year 1 child with non-verbal autism. It’s about building trust, encouraging independence, and helping school feel like a place where they belong.

• One-to-one support – Be their steady person in a busy classroom

• Personal care – Support with dignity and kindness when needed

• Communication support – Use PECS, Makaton or your own toolkit to help them express themselves
