Flourish Education is recruiting for an experienced SEND Teacher to join a specialist Primary SEN School in the Alcester area. This is a full‑time, long‑term position, working Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.
This role involves teaching and supporting primary‑aged pupils (ages 5–11) with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as ADHD and challenging behaviours, including both verbal and physical behaviours. Pupils are working at a variety of ability levels, often below age‑related expectations, with an emphasis on developing emotional regulation, social skills, and positive learning behaviours.
We are currently supporting a specialist Primary SEN School based in Alcester, dedicated to meeting the needs of children aged 5 to 11 with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and autism. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
The school is ideally located for professionals commuting from surrounding areas such as Redditch, Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Evesham, Bromsgrove, and Worcester. It offers excellent transport links and on‑site parking, making it easily accessible whether you travel by car or public transport.
