We’re looking for a patient, proactive and empathetic Support Worker to join a specialist all-through school that supports children and young people aged 2 to 19 with a range of additional needs—including autism, speech and communication challenges, and social-emotional needs.

This role is all about building trust, creating routine, and helping pupils thrive in a setting designed around care, communication and consistency. If you love variety, teamwork and seeing real progress up close, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing consistent, calm support for pupils with EHCPs

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to encourage communication and learning

• Using tools such as Makaton, visuals or sensory supports
