Qualifications

• Experience teaching in an educational setting, ideally with SEND learners.
• Knowledge of the FE sector, safeguarding, Prevent and equality & diversity.
• Ability to develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging study programmes aligned with funding and quality standards.
• Complete initial assessments and develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
• Deliver and support Functional Skills Maths and English.
• Monitor progress, attendance and learner engagement.
• Liaise with parents, carers, employers and external agencies.
