The Role
  • Supporting children with speech and language needs, ASD, or developmental delay
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups
  • Supporting early phonics, communication, and play-based learning
  • Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
