Position

City of London Academies Trust (COLAT) is seeking to appoint a SENCO for Easter 2026. You will be an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge within the SEND department.

Qualifications

You will be an experienced and outstanding teacher or a new teacher starting your teaching career. You must have experience teaching up to KS4. It is highly advantageous if you can teach any of the following subjects: Business, English, Mathematics (up to KS5), Economics (up to KS5) or History (up to KS5). You will have great behaviour management strategies and you will also have excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise with students, staff, parents and external organisations. If you can teach other subjects please highlight this in your application. The role is covered by part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016, and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
