Clear Path Education is currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Workers for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles in primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across London.

We work with a wide range of settings, including mainstream schools with SEN units, specialist SEN schools, and alternative provisions, offering opportunities that match your experience and availability.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with special educational needs

  • Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs

  • Assist pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and classroom routines

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school, SEN, or care setting)

  • A calm, patient, and professional approach

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a school team

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
