ASAP Start - Full-Time Position

Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive in the classroom?

A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4-16 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.

This full-time, term-time SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting inclusive education.

Key Information:
  • Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Reading
  • Salary: £89-£100 per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Age Group: 4-16 years
  • Ideal for: Graduates in Psychology, Education, or Counselling; or those with experience in SEN or childcare
Your Role Will Involve:
  • Providing in-class support to children with additional needs
