A local educational institution in the UK is seeking a Trainee SEN Teacher to support autistic children in small classes. The role includes working one-on-one with pupils to enhance their learning and emotional development, alongside extensive training from leading experts in behaviour analysis. Salary: £26,458 FTE (£23,000 PA pro rata – based on 36.75 hours per week term time only)
Contract terms: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45am–4:45pm, Tuesday: 8:45am–5:30pm, Friday 8:45am–4:30pm Term time Only – Part Time working options can be considered

Working one to one with pupils within small classes and in groups, you will design, plan and deliver teaching sessions to encourage pupils’ learning and progression as well as improve their social and emotional development. You will receive extensive training in strategies and interventions that encourage positive outcomes and development of our pupils as well as receiving support and regular supervision from some of the UK’s leading and internationally recognised Behaviour Analytic experts. All whilst making a real difference to the lives of autistic young people.
