In this full-time role, you will plan and deliver tailored learning, create an engaging classroom environment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a PGCE or equivalent qualification and have experience in special educational needs. Salary: £32,916 - £49,232 (M1-UPS2)
Hours: permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
This is an independent specialist day school awarded IQM, dedicated to providing a highly personalised learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD), Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other associated difficulties. Many students also have medical needs and sensory or physical impairments. Our approach is tailored to help students manage sensory overload, anxiety, low self-esteem, and challenges with transitions, often reflected in their behaviour.
