We are seeking a committed and skilled SEN Teacher to join our team and deliver high-quality, personalised learning for pupils with a range of additional needs. You will play an integral role in shaping meaningful learning experiences that support pupils' academic progress, emotional development, and overall wellbeing.
Drawing on your Primary Teaching background, you will plan and deliver individual or small-group lessons that are creative, accessible, and aligned with the school's curriculum. You will monitor progress closely, adapt teaching approaches, and actively contribute to whole-school development to continually enhance the quality of education provided.
Working collaboratively with our multi-professional team, you will contribute to individual learning plans, behaviour support strategies, and classroom organisation to ensure every pupil has the best possible opportunity to succeed. You will help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence, confidence, and self-regulation.
Brick Lane School in East London is an independent school offering education for students aged 5 years to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of Autism. The school follows a Neurodiversity Strategy (AAD) which informs how we provide education and clinical supports for autistic individuals in an environment which is conducive to their strengths and needs.
