A leading education provider is looking for a passionate Tutor to work 1:1 with students in Halstead. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards in supporting pupils with special educational needs, especially autism. Acorn Park is a school for 160 pupils, all of whom have a primary diagnosis of Autism. We run two curriculum pathways – Formal and Semi‑formal.
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Tutor to work 1:1 with students in the Halstead area. We have a variety of different part‑time tuition opportunities that can take place during the school day or after school hours / weekends.

Students are on the Semi‑Formal Pathway, which is highly personalised from their EHCP.
We have a mixture of Day and Residential pupils, with 8 co‑located pupil homes on our 30‑acre site in rural Norfolk. On site we also have a large Forest School and Animal Care Farm, along with play facilities, a sports hall and sensory rooms.
Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Acorn Park School, Banham, Norwich, NR16 2HU
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start: January 2026
