About the Role

You will be working closely with teachers to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing a mix of 1:1 support and leading small-group interventions. The role is ideal for someone patient, nurturing, and passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN, helping them access learning activities and remain engaged
  • Lead and assist with small‑group intervention work

  • Work alongside teaching staff and SEN staff to implement personalised learning plans
  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development in line with school expectations
Requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, etc.)
